I honey what the company does and information technology's mission. I don't honey direction. Information technology has changed SO much recently and decisions are being fabricated without any consideration on how it volition touch on the people who actually have to implement and manage the change. Plough over rate is high and with practiced reason. At that place isn't enough training earlier people are turned loose to do their jobs. The work beingness done requires a lot of data and you are basically left to to figure it out on your own. Made fifty-fifty more difficult now that the company is remote.
